PEAK SEASON NIGHTS (typically Dec 20 - Jan 10): • If cancelled 31+ days before arrival, then 90% of rent is refunded. • If cancelled 15-30 days before arrival, then 50% of rent is refunded. • If cancelled 0-14 days before arrival, then 0% of rent is refunded. ------------------------ WARNINGS Misconduct In case of unacceptable behaviour, excessive noise, or general misconduct, the villa manager reserves the right to remove the guests from the property, without refund, and to take legal action under local law. ------------------------ Pool & Children Please review the pool location and barriers (or lack thereof) and rent only if you accept the risk for children in your party. Consider that while carrying out their duties, staff could open doors with pool access.
