These two adjacent, but completely separate, villas are just 250 meters from the beach and ocean. With the exception of one villa having an additional bedroom, they are nearly identical. LIVING AREAS Each villa boasts a large living room and pool-side terrace which are open to the dining room and a large, fully-equipped, kitchen. BEDROOM WING The other wing provides privacy to the bedrooms which are reached by passing over the pool and through a garden walkway. With garden reading nooks and outdoor showers, the villas have been designed to make the most of outdoor living. The decor is a beautiful mixture of wood and stones giving a warm and peaceful atmosphere. All rooms are ground-floor, although there are 1-2 steps in places. GARDEN Each villa has a beautiful garden of over 3000 m2 featuring a rich variety of tropical vegetation. -------------------- Specifications of each villa: -------------------- VILLA BELLU (250 m2) Sleeps up to 9 people in three bedrooms: • 6 adults in three king beds. • 3 children (of any size) in a small bunk-bed room that adjoins one of the main bedrooms and on one pull-out sofa in another bedroom. BREAKFAST • Rs 500 (10 Eur) per adult and Rs 350 (7 Eur) per child for a variety of viennoiserie, croissants, crepes, bread and butter, jam, cheese, eggs (boiled or omelette), tea, coffee and fresh juice. • If guest provides the food, preparation & service is free. LUNCH • Simple option: Housekeeper can prepare at no cost so long as it remains simple. If ever you opt for this option, then you’ll have to choose between the rooms or lunch as she will not be able to do both everyday. DINNER • Rs 2500 (50 Eur) for preparation & service & cleaning only (food and ingredients supplied by guest) • Set menu: starter, main course and dessert at a cost of Rs 1750 (35€) per adult and 15€ Rs 750 (15 Eur) per child. Beverages not included. • Possibility of a lobster menu with a supplement of Rs 750 - Rs 1000 (15-20€) per person depending on size and availability. Additional rules------------------------ CHECK-IN/OUT POLICIES • Check-in before: 3 PM • Check-out after: 10 AM FEE TO GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT: • HALF of the normal rent for the blocked night. Kindly place your request well in advance and ensure we confirm it back to you. Tip: You will arrive at the property at least 3 HOURS after your flight arrives. On your last day, you should start driving to the airport at least 4.5 HOURS before your departing flight time. ------------------------ CANCELLATIONS • If cancelled 62+ days before arrival, then 50% of rent is refunded. • If cancelled 0-61 days before arrival, then 0% of rent is refunded. Note: Refunds for supplemental services (cook, taxi, etc) depend on our contract with the service provider. ------------------------ WARNINGS Misconduct In case of unacceptable behaviour, excessive noise, or general misconduct, the villa manager reserves the right to remove the guests from the property, without refund, and to take legal action under local law. Pool & Children Please review the pool location and barriers (or lack thereof) and rent only if you accept the risk for children in your party. Consider that while carrying out their duties, staff could open doors with pool access.
