• Groceries are provided by the chef for all above options - except special requests for premium or extra foods, which will be charged at cost.
• Children under 5 years old are free of charge.
• Children's menus are available on request.
• Number of people served is dependent on the capacity of the apartment. For example:
2 Bedrooms: 4 Adults + 1 child (5 - 12 yrs) maximum
3 Bedrooms: 4 Adults + 1 child (5 - 12 yrs) + up to 2 additional guests
4 Bedrooms: 4 Adults + 1 child (5 - 12 yrs) + up to 4 additional guests
• A minimum of 2 days of service may be required.
• All bookings should be confirmed at least 24 hrs before service. For any last-minute order, a rush fee of 10 % may be applied.
• Cancellations:
24-36 hours prior : 50% cancellation fee.
Within 24 hours : 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
