COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES • Maid Service: Daily cleaning from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. DINING OPTIONS Breakfast: Continental Breakfast included, served in your villa from 9 am to 11 am. Half board: 90€ per adult, 30€ per child under 12. Full board: 110€ per adult, 45€ per child under 12. Kids eat free: Children aged 0-6 dine for free with meal plans. Additional rules------------------------ CHECK-IN/OUT POLICIES • Check-in before: 2 PM • Check-out after: 11 AM FEE TO GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT: • Peak season: full night of rent • Regular season (rest of year): a €625 fee is required. Kindly place your request well in advance and ensure we confirm it back to you. Tip: You will arrive at the property at least 3 HOURS after your flight arrives. On your last day, you should start driving to the airport at least 4.5 HOURS before your departing flight time. ------------------------ CANCELLATIONS • If cancelled 60+ days before arrival, then 90% of rent is refunded. • If cancelled 0-59 days before arrival, then 0% of rent is refunded. Note: Refunds for supplemental services (cook, taxi, etc) depend on our contract with the service provider. ------------------------ WARNINGS Misconduct In case of unacceptable behaviour, excessive noise, or general misconduct, the villa manager reserves the right to remove the guests from the property, without refund, and to take legal action under local law. Pool & Children Please review the pool location and barriers (or lack thereof) and rent only if you accept the risk for children in your party. Consider that while carrying out their duties, staff could open doors with pool access.
