The spacious living and dining areas open to a covered veranda and pool terrace, while the private garden provides a tranquil escape. Six bedrooms, including an ensuite master with a private balcony, offer ample space for everyone. POOL VILLA (3-BEDROOMS) This modern villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, bright living area, and dedicated workspace. Relax on the large pool terrace equipped with seating and dining options. Three bedrooms accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, with one bedroom featuring bunk beds and a shared bathroom. GROUP GETAWAYS Planning a retreat? Kindly place your request well in advance and ensure we confirm it back to you. Tip: You will arrive at the property at least 3 HOURS after your flight arrives. On your last day, you should start driving to the airport at least 4.5 HOURS before your departing flight time. ------------------------ CANCELLATIONS • If cancelled 60+ days before arrival, then 90% of rent is refunded. • If cancelled 0-59 days before arrival, then 0% of rent is refunded. Note: Refunds for supplemental services (cook, taxi, etc) depend on our contract with the service provider. ------------------------ WARNINGS Misconduct In case of unacceptable behaviour, excessive noise, or general misconduct, the villa manager reserves the right to remove the guests from the property, without refund, and to take legal action under local law. Pool & Children Please review the pool location and barriers (or lack thereof) and rent only if you accept the risk for children in your party. Consider that while carrying out their duties, staff could open doors with pool access.
